本日（2月15日）より正式に4月のご予約をお受けすることになりました。お待ちいたしております。尚、5月のご予約は3月1日よりお受けいたします。

Reservation request for stay in April will be accepted from now on firmly. So, the tentative request until today are now confirmed. We are waiting for your request and would like you to enjoy stay in Shiraishi Island Villa.

★　Membership system was abolished at the end of March, 2009.
　　　会員制度は2009年3月末をもちまして、廃止されました。

★ New system at Shiraihi Island Villa (from April, 2009)
　　　2009年4月からの白石島ヴィラのご案内（料金等）

★ New system at Hattoji Villa (from April, 2009)

☆We are sorry to inform that they have not made
a dicision if Ushimado Villa will be opened again.
　　牛窓ヴィラの営業については、現在協議中であり
　　受付はできませんが協議が整い次第お知らせいたします。

* Effective April 1, 2005, Japanese legislation makes it mandatory that every non-Japanese guest, except those who have alien registration cards, present his/her passport and have it photocopied as well as having your nationality and passport number, in addition to conventional information such as full name, address, occupation, etc. entered on the registration form. So, we will ask every non-resident foreign guest to present his/her passport upon check-in. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
日本の法律の定めにより2005年4月1日から、日本国内に住所を有しない外国籍の方については、フルネーム、住所、職業等従来から記載していただいていた情報のほか、旅券番号についてもチェックインの際宿泊者名簿に記載していただくことになりました。併せて、旅券のコピーもとらせていただくことになりましたのでご了承ください。

* Fax reservations received after 5 pm are processed from 9:30 am the
following business day.
Our telephone lines are open from 9 am to receive reservations too.
Telephone reservations at this time will receive priority over fax
reservations received after 5 pm the previous day.
午後5時以降に受けたFAXでの予約は、翌営業日の午前9時30分から受付処理されます。電話での予約は午前9時受付開始となり、前日午後5時以降に受けたFAXでの予約に優先して受付処理されます。

* Fukiya and Takebe Villas were closed on March 31st, 2009.
　吹屋および建部ヴィラは2009年3月31日をもって閉鎖されました。
